D3 Projects was founded by Andy Stanton in 2018 after working in the shop-fitting and Cabinet making industry for 8 years as a head designer and project manager.

Andy started off contract designing to many of the well known shop-fitting companies in New Zealand and quickly saw a gap in the market for a small business with great communication and management systems with the ability to deliver high quality projects.

In 2020 Andy invited an old colleague to collaborate on a joint venture to fill the market gap that had been spotted.

Jeremy Winkle joined the team and has played a key role in creating the manufacturing side of D3 Projects.

In 2022, D3 now has the latest CAD and CAM software for design and fabrication, as well as in-house CNC cutting, metal fabrication, edge banding and more.

D3 Projects continues to grow and develop new systems to fill the gap in the market that Andy spotted in 2018.
